How to book accommodation

You need to have registered for your Speaker Pass before confirming your accommodation - it is not possible to book accommodation through us without a Festival Pass. During the pass booking process, you will be asked for your accommodation requirements and a member of b-network (our accommodation partner) will then be in contact within 24 hours of your request. Remember to click 'save' after you have requested accommodation otherwise it will skip this step and you won't be able to book via b-network.

Speakers looking to gain access to 5-star accommodation will need to upgrade their Speaker Pass to a Platinum Pass. To upgrade, simply visit the Pass Manager site.

Please note: All hotels in the City of Cannes have a 4-night minimum stay rule.

How is payment made?

A secure and unique link will be provided to the organiser once the reservation is made. The link will be disabled once payment is validated on the platform. You will receive confirmation from b-network once payment has been made.

Additional information:

Hosts are responsible for covering their own accommodation costs.
Due to demand, it is unlikely that guests and entourage will be able to stay in the same hotel (possibly for small groups only) as we must prioritise speakers and other paying delegates.
Everyone needs a Festival pass to be able to book accommodation. Please refer to the ‘Pass Information’ section of this guide to see options for anyone who is not a speaker.
Hotels come on a first come, first served basis. To avoid disappointment, try to book accommodation as soon as possible.
