Who are we?

A quarterly digital publication that brings together contributions from Young Lions Academy alumni, built to connect our Young Lions community and the industry at large.

What do we do?

We connect. We inspire. And we celebrate. We provide a global platform for remarkable talent to share their thoughts and perspectives.

Why do we do it?

Our alumni are the next generation of industry leaders. They’re movers, makers, shapers and shakers. We wanted to create something for the Young Lions community that taps into talent and keeps us connected year-round. With creativity and connection at the core, this platform is a place to celebrate wins, tell stories, share knowledge, voice opinions and make plans to meet again soon.

Our first edition dives into brand purpose and sustainability, reconsiders the ‘golden age of data’ and takes an important look at agency workplace culture and the needs of the next creative generation. We feature insights from Marketers Academy Founder Jim Stengel, thoughts from Creative Director, BBDO Berlin, Jeanette Bonhe and an alumni spotlight on Global Brand Engagement Manager, Unilever USA, Mindy Perlmutter.
