Footage, Photography, Press & PR

Photography

There are photographers onsite photographing talks, however, we cannot guarantee that all talks will be captured.

If you wish to have a photographer there beyond your talk, we can put you in contact with the Press & PR team as your photographer will need to be registered as press.

If you would like to have your own personal photographer capture your talk, please email the Speaker Operations Team with the details and they can arrange for them to be granted access to the talk only.

Press & PR

Members of the global media frequently contact us to request interviews with speakers, either before or during the Festival. Please ensure you provide your Press & PR details on the ‘contact details’ tab of the Speaker Portal to enable us to facilitate these requests for publicity and the promotion of your talk.

To find out which global media are registered to attend the Festival please contact press@canneslions.com.

Lions Intelligence & Footage Recordings

All talks* are recorded. In accepting to speak at Cannes Lions, you grant Ascential Events an irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free exclusive license to distribute this recording (in full or in part) by whatever means and in whatever context it deems appropriate.

Footage is placed on the ‘Lions intelligence’ platform. Cannes Lions delegates are able to view talks until the end of July 2020 and subscribers to Lions Intelligence can view this all year round. Talks are automatically uploaded unless you tell the team in advance. Additionally, if your talk needs to be edited (e.g. copyright reasons etc.) please let the Speaker Operations team know so we can arrange this.

Talk hosts can download their footage from the Speaker Portal post-Festival. This is for internal use only and not to be shared in full or in part.

*Please note, Workshops are not recorded.
